These gluten-free vegan jam tarts are perfect for a sweet treat that's free from animal products and gluten. They're easy to make and bursting with fruity jam flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2-3 tablespoons cold water
- 1/4 cup vegan jam of your choice
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up
Flake the gluten-free flour and coconut oil together in a bowl
Adding cold water little by little while mixing makes a dough
Cut the dough into small balls, and then press one into each of the muffin tin cups to make a tart shell
Into each tart shell, put a teaspoon of healthy jam
The tart shells should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown
Let the tarts cool down before you serve them
