Slow Cooker Ravioli



This slow cooker ravioli recipe is very simple to follow and makes a tasty and comforting meal with little work. The marinara sauce slowly cooks the ravioli, letting it soak up all the flavors. Meanwhile, the cheese melts just right.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package 25 oz frozen ravioli
  • 1 jar 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker

Put half of the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce

Give the ravioli half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses to sprinkle on top

Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and garlic powder to taste

Add the rest of the ingredients one more time, ending with a layer of cheese

For four to five hours, or until the ravioli is soft and cooked all the way through, cover and cook on low heat

If you want, you can serve it hot with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh basil on top
