Place tofu patties in the marinade, turning to coat both sides

Grill tofu patties for 4-5 minutes per side, until charred and heated through
Toast burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden
Assemble burgers by placing tofu patties on toasted buns and adding desired toppings
