This Roasted Pork Shoulder Sandwich is the perfect game day meal, featuring tender slices of roasted pork shoulder complemented by tangy barbecue sauce, crisp lettuce, and zesty pickles.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb roasted pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions:
Cut the rolls in half across the middle
Spread a lot of thinly sliced roasted pork shoulder on the bottom half of each roll
Put barbecue sauce on top of the pork
Place red onion slices, pickles, and lettuce shreds on top
Use the top halves of the rolls to close the sandwiches
