Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 large egg
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon
Mix until well combined
Add the egg to the mixture and continue to mix until a smooth dough forms
Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie
Flatten the dough balls slightly with a fork, making a crisscross pattern on top
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are set and the edges are golden brown
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
Once the cookies are completely cooled, you can enjoy the delicious flourless chewy peanut butter cookies with a hint of cinnamon
